We scope a single flow — pay a deposit, book a slot, submit a structured request — and design it end to end rather than bolting on a generic form.

Build it as a standalone module

The tool runs as its own small application, embedded or linked from the existing site, so it can be developed and improved independently.

Connect the data

Payment provider, database, email confirmations and internal notifications are wired together so a completed transaction lands everywhere it needs to.

Reuse the pattern

Because the module is decoupled, the same foundation can be reshaped for a different business without starting again.
