- No. Make is one of the platforms we use because it is flexible and cost-effective, but we also build direct API integrations and can work with other tools you already pay for.
- How much time can automation realistically save?
- It depends on the process. The honest answer comes from the audit — we would rather show you the numbers for your workflow than quote a generic percentage.
- What happens if an automation fails?
- We build in error handling, retries and alerts so a failure is visible and recoverable rather than silent.
- Can you automate around software we cannot change?
